The run starts and finishes at the old Astoria Train Depot, a few hundred meters east of the Columbia River Maritime Museum in Astoria, Oregon. This scenic, out-and-back, 5k route traverses Astoria's historic waterfront from its commercial district to just past Pier 39. The flat, paved course, run on the Astoria Riverfront Trail, is ideal for fast times.
