Run For The Roses is Central Iowa's premier Fall running event. Now in its 21st year as a joint effort by Iowa State's AOPI sorority and the Ames Area Running Club, all proceeds go to Arthritis Research Grants. All entrants receive a high quality long sleeve t shirt, a fresh long stem rose, and an omelet breakfast. Race awards for top 3 at 5 year intervals ages 10-70+.
