A popular 5K fun run and family walk led by Honorary Chair (and running enthusiast) Mayor Adrian Fenty, the Trot for Hunger is a great way to help the homeless on Thanksgiving Day. Proceeds benefit SOME's programs for the poor and homeless in Washington, D.C. Refreshments and shuttle to and from metro available for participants. Dogs are welcome.
