The LIFECENTER Health & Fitness Club with Direct Fitness Solutions are presenting their Inaugural Indoor Sprint Triathlon. Don¿t miss out on this fun filled event: 10 minute swim, 15 minute bike & 15 minute run. Waves start every 20 minutes beginning at 7 AM. Winners are determined by the total distance covered. Each participant will be assigned a wave. Wave confirmations will be sent out Oct 19th. All participants must start at the times indicated in confirmation e-mail. NO EXCEPTIONS!
