The 10K run is an out-and-back on a flat, fast course. From the start at Belle Haven Park, just south of the historic Old Town Alexandria, runners will run south along the Potomac River towards Mount Vernon. Reverse direction at the 5K mark, and return to the finish line at Belle Haven Park. The 5K Health Walk will use the same start and finish lines in Belle Haven Park.
