Run for the Bluebonnets begins at Fisherman¿s Park and runs through the Historic District of Bastrop, providing a flat course with a fast downhill finish! All proceeds benefit Bluebonnet Elementary School. Each child running the 1K (12 and under) receives a medal or ribbon. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards given in the following age groups: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 plus.
