Rounding out the Triple Crown Series, the Howard's Knob Run, Walk, Crawl is the final event of the Triple Crown. A 2 mile hill climb, the Knob promises a leg-burning, lung-busting challenge for all runners. The Knob will be run on Friday October 3 at 6:00pm during the Appalachian State University Homecoming weekend.
