We Say: The latest Adrenaline features deeper outsole lugs for better traction and a more breathable mesh upper. According to Shoe Lab tests, it's slightly more flexible than previous versions due to deeper flex grooves. The channel along the outside of the midsole under the heel has also been deepened to better absorb impact. And the rubber in the shoe's outsole continues to be made from sand (not oil), which is better for the environment. The Adrenaline is recommended for medium-framed runners with normal to low arches who need a durable trainer for road and trail running.
